Well here we go guys and gals. MTIPP for everyone to enjoy as promised. The ROMs are attached below and will be available on the front page of NA as well. The game has some different in game mechanics as well, so there are quite a few differences. Big thanks to DreamTR for being a hoarder hehe NA is such a great community to be able to get projects like these done. Great job everyone, and thanks to all the donors! Enjoy your new icons, no more will ever be given out now! ~~NGD ------------------------- Proud replier of post #1000 in the infamous Joel thread

I hope this might see a CIB release, just due to the massive amount of cooperation to get it dumped... I think it's safe to assume the interest is there! I don't have a CIB MTPO, but if this was released CIB I'd have to buy it as well as a CIB MTPO just so I could put them together on the shelf. Edited: 04/06/2009 at 09:56 PM by airlock78 |

Thank you everyone for all the cooperation.
I would like to get a copy of the ROM without the April 2009 NA mark on the title screen, to me its not a ROM of the original proto with this. Please PM if this is can be done. Again thank you all very much. ------------------------- |

Once repros of stuff started coming out, a lot of people tried passing them off as the real thing, so I don't see why anyone would want the "real" text of this unless they want it for other reasons. ------------------------- High Kick, Ground Pound, Repeat! |

Once repros of stuff started coming out, a lot of people tried passing them off as the real thing, so I don't see why anyone would want the "real" text of this unless they want it for other reasons. I simply wanted an exact ROM image for my own personal interest nothing more, yes I plan on making a repro from it, but only for myself. I appreciate why you have done this and understand completely. I was planning on making some repros of MTIPP to sell to raise money to help get the next ROM released, all of those would benefit from the added text and only that ROM would be used for that purpose. All I can offer is my honest word that a repro without the added text would go no further than my collection shelf and that the ROM itself would be deleted once I have made it. ------------------------- Edited: 04/06/2009 at 11:54 PM by marvelus10 |

War on Wheels IS a possibility, but it will take some money = )
And Marvelus, I'm not saying YOU particularly, but it protects everyone involved with the ROM and the real cart. ------------------------- High Kick, Ground Pound, Repeat! |

I understood it wasn't directed at me. I don't blame you for needing to do it. I'm glad you did for that exact reason.

Glad to see this was brought to fruition. My attempt at contribution (I had a certain item I wanted to auction for the cause) was too little, too late, but it will be auctioned off for part of the next community ROM release (assuming there is another community ROM release).
And I guess I should add this to the pile of things I want to order from RetroZone but don't have the money with which to order, heh ------------------------- NES (as of 8-31-09): 645 of 766 released, 265 boxes, 390 manuals. There's a repro? *orders*
I thought DreamTR said he didn't want any repros done, which was why I didn't donate. I'm not a big ROM guy. ^^;;; ------------------------- Now playing: Punch Out!! (Wii), Dragon Quest IV (DS) |
