How do you sell boxes and instruction manuals on ebay without getting screwed?

So with their new "Condition" guidelines, do boxes and manuals have to be listed under accessories or merchandise? I mean, that's going to seriously cut down on the number of views an item will have now. If you try to list it under "Games" and clearly state that no cartridge is included, can you get in trouble if the buyer complains?

That's the trailer they put out at Comic Con. It looks like it may be awesome but hopefully it doesn't go the rehash route of season 2 with Quinn being the new Doakes and Dexter kills Quinn, blames it on some new serial killer, and wraps everything up nicely. I have high hopes after season 4. So hopefully this season keeps it up.
