=>Extra Continues: This is more of a unique tip than a trick, but... start a
two player game and let player two die. When player two's Continue option
appears, ignore it. Play until player one is out of continues, then simply
take CNTRL II and keep on playing with player 2's remaining continues.
=>Stage Select/Unlim. Men: On the title screen, hold the appropriate button
combination down on CNTRL II and press CNTRL I: START.
