Monster in My Pocket (M.I.M.P.) was one of two games released for the NES that included a toy with the packaging, Trolls on Treasure Island being the second, which included a Troll figurine attached to the outside of the box. The figure included with this game, Blemmyea (#81), is exclusive, and could only be obtained by purchasing the NES release of Monster in My Pocket. It is considered to be quite rare by NES and M.I.M.P. collectors' standards alike.

There are 4 different colors that Blemmyea came in: neon blue, neon pink, neon orange and neon green, 3 of which have been verified by NES and M.I.M.P. collectors (with Neon Green being the only unverified color).
